Delivery Address

It is important to provide us with a delivery address where someone will be present to receive your order. Should nobody be present to receive the delivery, the courier is expected to leave a card with instructions for an alternative pickup. You should be able to reach them by phone to arrange for a delivery on another day or to collect your order from a local depot.

A tracking number is provided on all our orders independent of price or amount.

Delivery Speed

Our goal is to get your order on its way to you as quickly as possible for a punctual delivery. Under certain instances, it may occur that shipping requires more time, for example during bank holidays.
